  • thankyou so much

  • Stance, expression, balance, precision, power, dynamics, timing. All that was missing here. Very bad.

  • thank you thank you THANK YOU

  • i find it confusing how there can b soooo many different belts in different programs, in mine it goes white yellow with single strip, and then each grading you earn another strip, but when you have three the next grading you go up the next colour belt, in my case blue, then earn 3 stripes on it again, and then red, three stripes then black and you go up in dan levels, thought there'd be an international standard of somesort..

  • @fliper9002 well maybe you are under a different program. in mine, we have white, yellow, orange, green, purple, blue, brown, red, high red, deputy I, deputy II, black in that order. ask before calling me dumb; every taekwondo class is different.

  • @fliper9002 uh wat r u talking about there is purple belt I AM A PURPLE BELT

  • thats actually really bad, she needs to pull her toes back in her front kick and extend her foot

  • Thanks so much for the feedback- you are right of course- I need to work on extending my foot and pulling my toes back on every front kick. I love martial arts for that- there's always something to work on.

When we filmed this series of patterns we wanted to show them slowly so that anyone new to the form can follow and learn it. We hope people find it useful.
