Yeah. The premise is that compressing 30 second ads into 3 seconds causes violent epileptic seizures in particularly slothful viewers -- causing some to physically explode.
From the episode "Blipverts". One of my favorite episodes. The ads zip by so fast that it causes somethibg to the effect of a brain hemmorage and your brain explodes.
I highly doubt anything like this can happen in real life. Real "Blipverts" may cause epileptic reactions, but not bodily explosions.
