If that's the same supra from majestic motorsports iv seen in Jacksonville NC, it sucks. Supra has 1600 HP and doesn't catch any grip till after the 1/8th

yes the ls is the most common swap cuz there cheap and can make great power but the 2jz is much stronger xo is the rb26 and the rb28 and the ford 4.6 is allso able 2 make way over a thousand horses easy the ls is a great motor but ide rather have and rb motor form the rb20 the the 28 or a 2jz
@thyringmaster I agree with everything until the 4.6 That motor is very strong and reliable, but it can't handle anywhere near the power of a LSx without some block work. Just my 2 cents

@santinorudy1 well , almost all jap cars are 4bangers or inline 6's, so put a stock v6 mustang againt a stock inline 6 supra or any other inline 6 such as the nsx or r34 and see what your results are

They knew how the car was going to perform before it was physically built. Can't remember if it was an LMP1 or LMP2 or if it was successful or not. But anyway, it is possible.

@Mr450 At constant pressure and temperature, larger volume allows for more fuel to be burned at once. More fuel = more energy expelled (faster!). Pressure and volume are inversely proportional. So yes, turbos can have that same effect. The only thing is that adding a turbo reduces efficiency because of lost energy due to compression, sound, etc. I only insulted you because you insulted me "faggot". simple fact is that a smaller motor is always going to need more boost to keep up and the driveability and reliability will drop significantly more than with a larger motor. plus a larger motor has a more linear powerband and fat torque curve. smaller motor will always have to rev to the sky to make good power which means no reliability and alot of rebuilds every so many thousand miles. plus the larger motor can run on pump gas and still beat most imports at 30+ psi. ppl on race gas are pussies

They knew how the car was going to perform before it was physically built. Can't remember if it was an LMP1 or LMP2 or if it was successful or not. But anyway, it is possible.

My original point was that more displacement means more fuel burned, which means more horsepower, given equal efficiencies. Forced induction uses extra energy and therefore isn't as efficient. Because of the added component (a turbo or supercharger), that component itself consumes some of the energy that is taken out of the gasoline that could have been used to move the vehicle. FREE energy? Do you know what that is? Have you heard of the laws of thermodynamics? Laws of conservation? IT TAKES energy to compress air into the cylinders. You can't get something out of nothing. What about ideal gas laws have you heard of that?

@Mr450 At constant pressure and temperature, larger volume allows for more fuel to be burned at once. More fuel = more energy expelled (faster!). Pressure and volume are inversely proportional. So yes, turbos can have that same effect. The only thing is that adding a turbo reduces efficiency because of lost energy due to compression, sound, etc. I only insulted you because you insulted me "faggot". Otherwise, I don't try and act like a big timer on youtube. So get the fuck off me.

simple fact is that a smaller motor is always going to need more boost to keep up and the driveability and reliability will drop significantly more than with a larger motor. plus a larger motor has a more linear powerband and fat torque curve. smaller motor will always have to rev to the sky to make good power which means no reliability and alot of rebuilds every so many thousand miles. plus the larger motor can run on pump gas and still beat most imports at 30+ psi. ppl on race gas are pussies
