I take 20mg for adult ADD as needed, and paininurlilass is dead wrong. Adderall is speed, and an overdose puts you in "amphetamine psychosis" which can easily cause hallucinations, violent behavior, etc...and oh yeah, physical symptoms leading to seizure or death. Adderall can feel nice, but its not something you want to regularly "get fucked up" on. That looked like around 200 - 250mg (those were 10mg pills). If you had a high tolerance it might not feel like much. Doesn't look like this guy does though. The state he is in is called amphetamine psychosis by the way. It's good stuff nonetheless. I took 50mg a few hours ago.
