99.9% of the time the guy going crazy with guns isn't legally allowed to own them anyway, so gun legislation doesn't work (this has been proven time and time again). The reason for the 2nd Amendment is to facilitate revolution in case of tyranny. Without it, the government can basically do whatever the hell they want. That, my friend, is true "repression".

I don't thinks it's fair that YOU can have a gun which is capable of killing hundreds of people, yet I can't smoke a plant which is capable of killing ONLY ME if i smoked 1000lbs of it all at once...
