I think when hey there delilah was created, it was intended to be a mellowed out love story. it was not designed for screamo. screamo is for people who have some serious emotional problems, and try but fail to make either the microphone, or the listeners head explode due to extreme annoyance, also annoying themselves when they come to the conclusion that screaming down a microphone just isnt getting them anywhere. dont listen to screamo... not to be biased or anything :)
