I want to say that she didn't commit suicide but the title of the book itself "by the time you read this I'll be dead" makes me think otherwise lol I WANT A SEQUEL IM SO CONFUSED ther's a part in the book where it says the the "light" is a happy place. so maybe the ending means she's trying to be happy now and be with santana. and plus chip called her and she grabbed her bag and left for school. idk i dont get the ending lol

I loved this book. It is by far the best book I've ever read. I feel like I can really relate to Daelyn... I've been through a lot of the things things she went through, and I really understood her pain.

I just finished reading iut like 10 minutes ago.Read all of it took me 5 hrs >.<

I can relatre to so much in that book.The part at teh end is a little confusing.I sounds like she decided to stay but i cant realy tell.The chapter before the end kinda sounds like a puzel for you to figure out.

she said earlier in the book (i was confuzzled also and skipped through it for this key sentance) that said that the website said that if you deleted your account there was no going back to the accound, ur chance to 'go through the light' was gone. so it is to be assumed that her deleting her account is her desicion to not kill herself and to (hopefully) not try again in the future. :)

@twiazy Actually, she deleted her account, but that means nothing. She could have deleted it, meaning it was the end, she was going to commit suicide. But it is very well possible that she deleted it because she wanted to live. The story ended with a sort of cliffhanger. You have to determine for yourself whether she went through with it or not. Personally, I believe that she chose to stay alive, but others think she offed herself. The decision is basically yours.

I read this book yesterday, what an amazing story. In my work I talk to kids about internet safety and cyberbullying and I've heard too many stories about the desperation created by cyberbullies. Nice video!
