I agree with above comments. Charlie is one hell of a producer and he realized his vocal limitations. Got to see him do a 30 show in Austin a few years back. He has it going on. One hell of a songwriter

What a great night. Gruene Hall is such a unique Texas venue. Charlie and Doyle looked like they were constantly critiquing their tone, anxious for a break in the song to turn a nob on their amp or pedals.

If it wasn't for Charlie Sexton, Arc Angels wouldn't be crap!!!! Doyle ain't diddly live. He might find 6 minutes of good tape in the studio, but he ain't sh*t live !!!.... ALL HAIL Charlie Sexton !! :-D

@ECwine That's why Clapton and Waters have had Charlie as their live and studio guitarist... Oh wait... That was Doyle! :-D I like Charlie too, but Doyle is obviously more in demand. Doyle's voice also lasts the whole night. Charlie's a great singer, with a unique voice, but he blows out his voice pretty regularly before the end of the night... Kinda like during this show.

I was at that show. The opening act was great as well. The Brandon Scott Sellner Band I think was their name. The whole night was amazing.

Experiencing the ARC Angels live in Aspen was out of this world! They are so for real; into their music, and don't have big hotshot egos. They let us get photos with them. They are INCREDIBLE!
