I personally think Tank's version is a mess. I don't like his vocals. BIIM's version is very nice and I love Adele's even though she was still recovering from being sick. However, none of them touches the original. The simple version makes you feel the pain of the lyrics.

Boyz II Men are always amazing but this song had very powerful, painful lyrics that I feel the original conveys better. I wish they could sing it again but differently. It's a song that any generation can relate to.
