I'm just curious about the whole partnership with Youtube thing. How much do you normally get paid per video? If you don't feel like you should tell me you don't have too, I'm just wondering. Thanks
love the videos, noticed u use a wide variety of baits including top waters which are my favorite but ive never seen use use buzz bait...i highly suggest getting one if u havent used one..i used to use a small 1/4 ounce and caught a lot of bass but switched to a 3/8 ounce double bladed buzzer and have caught a lot bigger fish more consistently and it works from early may until late into the fall in NY so im sure it would work in the midwest..anyway keep up the good work
@MCthebassman look at fleuger or shimano great cheap quality brands but if you save up a lil more look into st croix or e21 or g loomis i prefer shimano due to price and quality
@advancedangler7 (to add to your point) if you fish tournaments like I do, the lighter and better balanced rod will allow you to fish all day because unbalanced and heavy rods put strain on your wrists and forearms that can easily cause problems in an 8hr tournament.
Do you see one guy on the elite series or any major FLW series using $60 wal-mart or dick's combos? no.
i agree with the above, the lighter the rod, the more feel you get, i can use my St. Croix Mojo bass rods, drag it on the bottom of the lake, pull a jig over a beer bottle, AND TELL YOU WHAT BRAND OF BEER IT WAS, Now thats sensitive. lol
is the zombie rod that u were showing in the video a 7ft 3inch Extra Heavy, Fast Action, Pitching Rod? if it isn't, please tell me the link for the same rod in the video. thanks!
@j0j0barz33 lol my bad. I know what you mean too I switch my rod and reels around too. Last years crank rod and reel new worm rod and reel 2 new pro qualifiers and new Johnny Morris lol
@323logan its actually a 7.0:1 but I know what you mean. I switch around my reels alot so that reel will prob end up being on a jig set up by the end of the month
@323logan fishing with is...its only a 2oz 6incher not like its impossible to throw a swimbait on a low profile and cylinder reels are a bitch to palm and there over rated
@doesitmatter1204 Not at all, I broke my crucial 120 rod when casting a crankbaits and many other rods under the 200 dollars..I'm not a weekend angler I fish everyday during the summer and really need rods that will last. You may say its ridiculous (Spelled correctly) but more an more anglers use rods that are over the 200 dollar price range. And maybe I will catch more fish with this rod, it will last long I can get better hook sets, less fatigue, and I can throw bigger baits with this rod
looks more like a heavy rod for channle catfishing & the $300+ for just a rod now thats crazy be it a brand i never heard of?? but thanks for showing us a rod & cant wait to see you use it.
@Flatzout Thanks, they left out the hook keeper to add to the JDM rod style. Most MB or JDM rods do not have hook hangers and its old line haven't gotten the chance to spool up
@j0j0barz33 I am I was saving up for a curado with a skeet reese rod but now a save up for that zombie rod and the curado like I said back to mowing lawns lol

@j0j0barz33 the thing I was pointing out was it's a 7:1.1 gear ratio I like to throw mine in a 5:2.1

It's not like you gonna catch more fish using expensive rod and reel. $300 for a rod is just rediculous!
