I suggest either buy or look at your local library for LEslie Howard's recordings.I believe it's on the same CD as Hexameron which is DEFINITLY worth looking into at the same time( Liszt.,Chopin and Thalberg and other great pianists composed the work together! Liszt doing most of the work and the others each adding a variation.) But yeah, back to your question, Leslie Howard recorded it , along with the complete piano works by Liszt ( ALL versions)

That is so much fun! The second movement of Symphonie Fantastique is one of my favorites...after the loud 4th and 5th ones (I"m a horn player.)!
