Cause he's got a monster cam with a ton of duration and lift. The blower helps with the lope too.

The "loping" (sounds like he's on and off the pedal) is mostly from the super charger (with help from the cam). To put it simply It's basically tuned so that at idle the engine "sees" a rich situation, then a lean situation, and as it passes the optimal fuel ratio, it surges. The rough idle itself is solely from the huge cam.

OR, he's just doing what we did at powercruise one year being knobs, drove ALL the way around the back roads of the track doing it with the accelerator pedal trying to confuse the drunks in our stock shitty L300 haha. good times
