Great lyrics. I never thought of it that way. Yet, liking to see bits of yourself in other mediums*, such as pictures or texts, also has something to do with vanity, I guess. That's the obvious and boring point of view, though. This song really gives you a hole new perspective to the whole issue of leaving traces behind.

* Wait... probably the human body itself is a collection of different mediums.

A lot of those that are worth listening to .like Jeffrey, are not the most well known. Jeffrey may well end up being so, but since Ive seen him regurlarly since 2004 , I reckon he's very happy in smaller punk/art venues and may worry if it all got a bit commercial. Fame for nothing is a illness of the present age , and Jeffreys character I think will be strong enough to stay out of the world of the plastic celebrity garbage. Get down your local independant venue and make music. ignore false hype

Great song! but no rotoscoping, this was done with easy preset plugins like halftone. the music is great and the actual filmed drawings show the talent of the artist but as for rotoscoping this video is misleading, there was none. Presets don't show talent but the music and art does.

Well, it was good music, but when I listen to music I want to be captivated. I want to be able to feel what is being sung. I think if you put more feeling into your music you could do wonders. That being said, I haven't seen or heard any of your other work, so this could've been a one time thing. All in all it was good, but as I said, work on the feeling and that monotone you're carrying.

I noticed a lot of people commenting that the song was boring or poorly written. It's understandable if a certain musical style does not appeal to everyone, but people should avoid being ignorant enough to dismiss this song as poorly written. The arrangement is actually quite good in my opinion. There's a lot of depth later in the song, and it builds really well. Also, great lyrics and visuals.

love the visuals, especially love the lyrics, but I wish there was more of a chorus or key change. in my view, the tune almost sabtoges the clever writing of the song. After a couple minutes, the poetry turned into more of a drone. just my 2 cents. still a fun video though!
