Wow, Ellen Wheeler's a bitch. She should be glad there's a few people that cared about Guiding Light. No one else did. LOVE Liz K and Lawrence taking pictures, despite the mandate from the "boss" saying NO PICTURES. I heard Ellen Wheeler had a nervous breakdown after killing the show. I hope she's in a padded room somewhere.

I do blame Ellen Wheeler for Guiding Light's demise, but the show was on a decline before she joined as executive producer. What about Paul Rauch, Megan Mctavish, John Conboy and Michael Laibson? Why must we take the blame off them. What makes me mad about Wheeler she was fully aware of GL's decline for years and had the opportunity to change it all, but she didn't ! All she cared about was her damn vision. Screw everyone else who loves the show!

I feel sorry for Lawrence and Liz. They were just trying to be so kind to the fans and Ellen is screaming at them. I mean I understand that they were on borrowed time, but come on! If she was going to kick them out then why let them visit the set? Lord.

What a very stupid woman Ellen Wheeler is - yelling about private property. If you didn't want the fans taking up your actors time, you shouldn't have allowed them onto the set. Same as if you didn't wanna piss your fans off, you shouldn't have introduced a gay storyline and then seriously backpedalled from intimacy! I love how the actors playing Blake and Remy just totally ignored her yelling out - they at least appreciate their fans. With EW at the helm its no wonder the show got cancelled!

You took the words right from my mouth...Ellen...she should have just quit acting and never gone into anything in show biz AGAIN. She killed our GL...a long, slow, painful death. My heart is broken..look at how kind Liz K was being and Lawrence too! They wanted to reach out to the fans that were lucky enough to visit Peapack on that last day! Ellen Wheeler can suck it. grrrr....
