@McMillionaire62 It's cuz you didn't e-mailed the sound with it. If you save your presentation don't jest save it as a ppt 2007 presentation. save it as a "ppt 2007 with entered macros" It might be called something different cuz i use the dutch powerpoint but I'm pretty sure it's something with macros
I Inserted the sound and it works only on MY Computer, How do I make the sound work on another computer? When it's the same presentation (While Its on a USB)
Please Reply, I really need to know, It's for my Course Work :)
the VoxTonePRO tool is amazing when adding audio to your powerpoint presentations. You can add pro voiceover narration with background music and more. Its just $14 bucks. google VoxTonePRO.
ok but how do you transfer that to a youtube video/slideshow. i have a dell studio by the way, someone tell me because i know how to work the powerpoint but just cant get it to transfer to a youtube video!
What you do is click on the first slide or whichever slide you're starting your msuic with (the one with the sound icon), go to Custom Animation (on the right). Then, right click on the song you have chosen. From the drop down options, click on Timing. Then, click on the Effect tab on the top left. Where it says Stop Playing, click on After and choose after which slide you want it to stop. I just put After 99 Slides (so it keeps playing).
Additionally, you can have the track repeat if the song finishes early and your presentation is still running. You click on the Timing tab on the middle and click on the box that says Rewind When Done Playing.
I hope this answers some of your questions in regards to continous music playing throughout your presentation. =)
After you have selected your song, you can individually control how long you want the song to run on each slide. What you do is, click on a slide, then click on the Animations tab at the top. Look on the upper right side, and you will see Advance Slide. Click on Automatically After and select at how many seconds (or minutes (into the song) you want to advance the slide. You can individualize it for each slide that you click on.
hey can you help me? i want to have sound/music in my ppt, but if i send it to my friends they can't get the sound. I was wondering do you know how to literally save the sound/music clips in your ppt?
Thanks. The instructions are very clear. I can't find the segment where you teach how to spread the music through the entire presentation. Did I miss something?
