Thats a huge turbo for that size engine. The lag must be rediculious considering it's size and it being a traditional journal bearing turbo. Have you guys had any problems with it running into surge?
@12th88 its a ball bearing turbo noob . and surge lol are you saying his turbo is too large or that his bov / dual wg are inefficient ? surge at idle would be more common and less harmful than surge under boost ... which im sure this engines head will flow enough cfm to keep the surge monsters away

@0ukami lol nope, no joke. getting 600hp on 23-26psi out of this engine with that tubo setup is no joke. there are were at least 3 rsx type s's fully built down here with 600+ horse power. All of them were in Kutsuju Racing, you should look them up if you dont beleave me. the have a website! ^_^
@ghostcivic99 I'm not doubting the potential of the K series...but SR20's are vastly superior... Mazworx has a 1000+ hp SR, which would spank pretty much any 4 cylinder except Brent Rau's Mitsu 4G63..
A Buddy of mine just made 610whp on mustang dyno on 22psi and pump. Seems like yours is just as strong! Very nice. Vid of my friend's K is in my favorites if you are interested.
