  • Would you do this all by itself for a full workout? How many reps? (you make it look so easy!)

  • @mrsdebcrn go for 100 reps in 1 workout and see how you feel in a day or 2. Based on that info, you adjust future workouts. Do not workout the following days after that workout, that way you will get a more accurate signals from the workout.
