You should get your hands on Adobe Premier.. I was fairly successful in making a Hellsing AMV in WMM, but Adobe lets you do the per-frame editing a concept as detailed as this AMV needs.

Rip is a vampire (one of the more powerful ones), she is called a were-wolf because she is a part of a the elite group of millenium (the name "werewolf" is a ode to a ww2 nazi unit). The only ture werewolf in Hellsing is Captain Hans. Rip can day walk because she is so powerfull.

i got it using bittorrent (by accident really), i was trying to d/l ova 1 and i got ova trailer by accident. :P

try using a fileshare (bittorrent, limewire). something like that would probably be your best bet if you can't copy it from the DVD
