This is not a soundcheck or demo or live track on Awesome As F**k. The band played a bunch of new songs at small venues with just a couple hundred people in attendance over the last couple of months. The first small "secret show", announced one day before it happened, was at the Tiki Bar in California. The most recent was at The Mezzanine in Cali. They also did one in New York for Halloween. It sounds more like "Wont you stay and COUNT the circles 'round my eyes" to me. Could be wrong, but it's a cool song either way (but slightly cooler my way... just saying).

I'd really like an old school, Nimrod, 90's-sounding-ish version of this song to appear on the next album or as a single. As long as it doesn't get the 'When It's Time' over-production treatment, I'll be happy even if it just stays a youtube video.

@bastardgear8 u realize that Billies written about girls since the very beginning, right? 1000 Hours, Going To Pasalacqua, 80, 2000 Lightyears Away, She, Time Of Your Life, Haushinka, Whatsername, theyre all about girls. granted they aremt all love songs, but theyre all still about girls. the original Cigarettes and Valentines coulda been a love album before and now theyre remaking it, who knows? moar importantly, who cares? @GreenDookieDay This kind of (as well as "Dreamcatcher") sounds like that new energetic sound they're talking about for the next album. In my opinion I wouldn't be surprised if they improvise the lyrics a bit and match the beat up a little better -- that it shows up on the next album. But then again, that's just how I'm looking at it.
