  • Would a salt brine and thorough drying before coating with the baking powder and flour mixture be an option for getting them salty prior to baking?

  • no buffalo wings?

  • i dont like my wings that crispy. How would i make em moist but done?

  • @VivaLaJoy77 I think you shouldn't put them in the fridge and you should also shorten the time of cooking in the oven, instead of 30 mins each side make it 15-20 mins or smth. =)

  • @VivaLaJoy77 cook em less.

  • kitchen tour !!!!

  • @elizaxdoolittlex i asked the same thing!!!

  • what? no seasoning? no marinating? well then i guess some cultures are really different. they look good but too plain thanks laura!!

  • @TheGabs88 u could add some flavor to it.

  • can we leave the flour coated wings in the fridge overnight?

  • Lol i was about to say "why did she not eat them"! Lol!

  • I used this recipe for dinner tonight but used thighs, drumsticks, and wings. It turned out GREAT! I added the seasoned salt in with the flour and baking powder, I really couldn't imagine adding the salt in at any other time. I usually only toss my chicken in flour, but the baking powder does add a little more crisp to it, great tip!

This was SO delicious! I can't wait to cook it again!

  • it said "this episode was filmed infront of a live audience" REALLY?! :D

  • yeah where does the salt gone? does anyone think she ate it without salt?

  • Until now, I still don't know why they call it buffalo wings instead of chicken wings.

  • can you leave them in the fridge over night?

  • I semi-fainted when she took the chicken out of the oven.

  • @Twatsmackah me too omg looked soo damn good lmaoo

  • There is a difference between hard and crispy. And the first thing I thought when she touched it is it is stone hard. Sorry :/

  • It looks really good!!

  • OMG the end!!! lol ♥

  • How does she record in front if a live audience? Isn't it in her kitchen?

  • Never ending dance hands....

  • The reprise to this video is hilarious!

  • So glad I found your channel! I'm starting to watch all your videos.

  • i'm gonna apply this to the other parts of the chicken and see how it turns out

  • Ciao Signorina Laura!!! Come stai? Sei cosi bella!!! by the way I just wanna ask if I can just fry it right away after tossing with flour mixture?

  • LOL Laura have we met luv ya loads xx <3

  • Hi Laura, I made this on Sunday for my hubby for Superbowl and he absolutely loved it! Keep up the great work sweetie! You are THE BEST!!!!

  • "Buffalo Wing" refers to a very specific method of preparation. You refer to both your final product AND the raw wings as "Buffalo Wings" in this video. BOTH are incorrect.

  • @SuperZoranK Is it that serious?

  • thank you laura

  • Luara, I'm making your recipie for my Superbowl party. Thank you! You are a darling. xx

  • You are fifty times better than that Melissa D'Arabian woman who DRIVES ME NUTS! YOu are better.

  • Made these yesterday for the family!!! They were so crispy and delicious. Thanks Laura for another great recipe :D

  • de______licious!

  • can you please show us how to make potato weges

  • Tried this recipe today.. A SUCCESS! :D After baking i tossed it around in some buffalo sauce for wings. absolutely a crowd favorite!

  • yumm

  • whoa those look awesome, i thought they were deep fried for a moment!

  • yummy i want some now !!!

  • you want to meet up sometime? have some chicken? maybe a little sex?

  • HI Laura, where did you get your roasting rack?

  • cannoli

  • i have made these they are very good just alot of smoke in my oven ......

  • I am going to try this with thighs. Imagine I ll have to bake a little longer. Thanks Laura.

  • @cozzyk how much longer?

  • @sweetellalove 45 to 60 minutes for thighs because obviously they have more meat on them than a wing.

  • @cozzyk thnnx!

  • pause at 4:17 lol

  • I just tried this and it didn't come out as well as I'd hoped, but it seems like some tweaks would make it great. My biggest issue is that the oil smoked, so I'd do this over a pan of water, or just use parchment paper next time since some of yall say that worked fine. Also, I'd add the salt after I spray on the oil, before the chicken goes in the oven, and right after I turn it before putting it back in. The salt tastes like an afterthought if you add it on after the chicken's done.

  • u have a beautiful eyes. :)

  • can u make an episode showing how to make sushi or a healthy version of chinese food please? :)

  • @ohhisean actually did it without a rack and they came out perfect so clearly the sheet works just as good.. just gotta make sure you do the olive oil over a strainer or something so it doesn't make them soggy.

  • @mandypants226 its essential for a rack otherwise there will be no air circulation to go around the wings.

  • @nedwho if you want to make buffalo sauce in England just take hot sauce and mix with melted butter it should be a dark orangey reddish color!

  • Did anyone try it without a rack? I know she said its a must but I am not about to go buy something I would rarely ever use so I'm curious if anyone tried it with just a regular baking sheet and how it worked?

  • i think they gave all the wings to the audience

  • My oven doesn't have 450 degrees! >:

  • can i do that with chicken breast

  • @pixiylovesdixy I am going to do it with thighs but obviously with breasts and thighs they are thicker than wings so you want to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through so would have to be longer time frame.

  • Laura will this work with breasts and legs > ?

  • will you marry me

  • What happened to the salt? :) Still love you Laura

  • where does all this food go after you cook it? It would be a shame to waste such delicious food!

  • What happened to the salt?

  • That wasn't going all smooth at 5:05..

  • Anybody had smoking issue? I tried this today and it started smoking.

  • it look like she said asshole @ 1:38-1:39

  • I heard the crunchiness at the end :)

  • i cant find any all purpose flour so could i just use plain or would it not work ? x

  • it was very good :) can u plz show us how to make the sauce? :D

  • I made them yesterday, they were so airy and crunchy, I could not believe the difference baking powder makes, loved it!!!! stay well

  • no way it that 1/4 cup its less

  • Dear Daizy3211, thanks for putting me straight as to what buffalo wings are, and now I know it is something I would like to try. I would have to use a substitute tangy sauce though, as I don't think buffalo sauce is on sale in England.

  • What are buffalo wings? I've never heard ot them in England.

  • @nedwho

there basically the wings of the chicken backed or fried and you serve them coted

with a sauce but normally with buffalo sauce

    [spicy tangy sauce]

  • laura i love you !!

  • I understand that salt brings out the moisture, but there were no seasonings at all. It would be bland to eat those wings with no seasons.

  • @cocobrownallaround she said that she would put salt on at the end..... also a recipie is a just a guide made to altered..... also looking at your username YOU KNOW SOME *FOLKS* EAT BLAND FOOD!!!!! where you been

  • @neoopera Right.

  • @cocobrownallaround it says under the video that u season it after it's ready+ it's optional

  • @forevermariott

In her own kitchen obviously. Duh! Lol

  • WOW!! Just wow!!!

  • where is the seasoning ??? oh my... haha....

  • I love her!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @StrawberriiVivi I know right?

  • i love how this recipe is so much healthier than the usual deep fried ones! gonna try it someday!! :D

  • Nice tricks; tried it with drumsticks in your potato bake recipe and worked fantastic as well .. thanx a lot Laura :)

  • Did I miss the part where you added the salt? When was the salt added?

  • i am so jealous right now :( those look so yummy.

  • @nabR4u description

  • This is the wY we hwve always made them, and they are superior to deep fried for sure. The meat is so much more tender this way.

  • I have to try this. Normally I put all wings( patted dry) in a big bowl add about 1/4 c. oil, salt and pepper, and toss well. Then I use just a cookie sheet with a little oil and bake them at 425. I don't have to turn mine and of course no there is no refridgerator time needed bc I don't use flour. However I am going to try Laura's method just to see how they get. They look fabulous. I don't like them deep fried, the oven method works and is healthier without losing taste.

  • Very Nice Laura! Happy New Year !!

  • This made me cry of hunger. Literally. I was like bawling.

  • LOL she;s so funny at the end.. when the video ended with out her trying a piece .. i was like nooooooooooooooo..i want to see her trying apiece!:P

  • I'm not from the US but...Do buffalo have wings?

  • Hey Laura! Wouldnt be easier to put the wings in a bag, blow the bag with some air and put the flour in it, then shake?

  • Hey laura ! Can you possibly do a kitchen tour ??? Please reply :)

  • No seasoning?! That must've been bland.
