This is popcorn-party horror fest all the way: it's sly, sarcastically conceived, brilliantly edited and paced; the special effects are superior to most of this CGI shit. Sure, blue screens were used in this Chuck Russell feature, but for the most part, the best effects were hand-made. This style of comedic rib-digging at B-grade horror flicks inspired people like Craven when he made Scream. Must-see late 80's sci-fi/horror comedy. The Blob for President!

it is pretty awful, it really left me feeling disturbed when i saw the kid die in this movie. i guess it's kinda good when directors mix it up a bit though just to keep it fresh... still... did not need to see that xD

Esta epoca so tinha filme bom e era bem feito pra epoca... não só esse mas outros como: Morte do Demonio, Noite dos arrepios, Volta dos Mortos vivos, O Portão, Amentiville, Deu a louca nos Monstros, Hellraiser, Poltergeist... etc...

Agora quem procura filmes bem trash tem... Tomates assassinos e a Geladeira assassina.... muito comedias por sinal....
