This is almost darkwave - quite Danse Societyesque!!!! Fantastic!!! Anyone know whether the early stuff like this is on anything available out there????
Love this track. One of the best! My mom was in her 20s during the 80s and she got to see DOA in concert...when she told me that I nearly died. I'm sooo jealous ):
Just have to say thank you for all the great bands that came out in eighties that originated over there in good old England. It helped create such a great scene in the states!
love it anyone tell me where i can get this cd i have an album named small hits and near misses where this song is featured but id like the dead or alive cd thanks
do not forget flowers the same year and number eleven and namegame in 81, its been hours now 1 and 2, whirlpool, nowhere to nowhere, the stranger and some of that in 82.
I'm Falling, excelente cancion de la primera epoca de Dead or Alive, soy un amante de la musica de DOA, cuando desearia que venga Pete Burns a mi pais Perù, seria algo grandioso, IT'S BEEN HOURS NOW es mi priferida de la primera epoca, genial como siempre Pete Burns!
Siempre genial desde Mystery Girls, Nighmares In Wax
According to the credits, Sue James played bass for this EP and Number Eleven EP, you can see her in Flowers TV performance. On Nightmares Birth of Nation EP, it was credited for Peter Lloyd, but he had left the band just before the recording... Probably it was Ambrose Reynolds from Pink Industry who was credited as "Special Thanks" on that EP. On Whirlpool, the bassist was Mike Percy, who co-wrote Spin Me.
Sound like Christian Death:))

Love the bass in this song.
I think this suits Pete's voice best...but he's still amazing with the HI-NRG music.
His voice reminds me of a fallen angel...Beautiful.

What a song!!! I was fortunate to see Dead or Alive in their heyday and witness songs like this.
Used to go to Probe Records in Liverpool and see Pete there, even got his autograph on this single (vinyl of course)
Can remember his black eyes !!!!!!
