Dustia method lol. Lol im an amateur but im level 30 because of the method. Theres a merchant the furthest west you can go buy phoenix downs without breaking the chain.

@ANy5500 cause if you play through the game over leveled the first time it will be very boring until late game

you can also go to the gambits put phoenix down on enemy targeting leader so vaan or any other character you're using throws the phoenix down by their self

for some more phoenix downs, you can also go to the estersand...to the village next to the lake..the merchant sells them there too
