Still, you shouldn't be revealing tricks. It's against the magician's code, so unless you're not a magician, which you probably are because you know how to perform tricks, you have broken the magician's code. That way, you'll be seen as a disgrace to magic by other magicians.

Remember that you need to have a reason to do something so that it appears natural/ normal to your onlookers. For example, I wouldn't just take an already neat looking deck and say "I'm gonna tap these on the table now..." I should, instead, make the cards appear to be slightly off square from one another so I have a reason to tap them on the table (while doing the table tap pass). Then it becomes: "Hey these cards are messy, we can't do magic like this. Lets square them up on the table."

Also, at 0:23 it is really easy to see that your hands are rigid and "figity" or "twitchy". You need to practice keeping your hands loose and doing your sleight of hand movements very casually. There is no point in doing the moves fast if it doesn't look natural. The only other thing I would suggest is that, instead of a "turn-over pass", try making the cards look a little messy at the start so you have a reason to "square up" (do your pass) the deck.

He sounds like that when he is trying to hide a movement/ sleight of hand. I would recommend for him to practice that movement until he can do it flawlessly. I can tell he doesn't practice much 'cause I learned that move a long time ago, the old "I'm just gonna turn over the deck here." My tip for doing that move is to turn so your audience is to the right of you while you do your pass or whatever you want to call it.

far too many red cards involved , try using a red blue double backed card and a regular red card to force, have them on the top of the deck hindou shuffle to show all red cards keepin a break, cut the 2 red back to the top but face up so the blue cards are not seen ... thats how i start my colour change routine, im sure you could figure out the rest? ask an ill share but my version ends clean with no reds remaining in the deck at the end

thats actually a variation of the 'herman pass' you need alot of practice but with any form of pass it takes alot of time and devotion - if you can spare probably around 40 dollars? im english so not sure exactly, you should buy richard kauffman - on the pass - in my opinion its one of the best teaching methods of the pass - you wont regret buying it!!!! keep up the good work

Nice effect, but you should have practiced the moves before you showed this. For example, when you did the classic color change, that was pretty obvious. And the part where you did the cut-the-deck thing (there's a name for it, but I forget what it is. But you know what I mean) that was very sloppy. All I can say is PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE, and maybe then those three stars I gave you will become a four, or five.

No, this boy wasn't teaching anything. He can't teach somthing he doesn't know how to do. He shows what he believes to be the trick and not even well at that.

Magic is creating an illusion, which requires presentation and showmanship. THAT'S what should be explained.

People who will reproduce his ridiculous display will fail at creating illusion and astonishment. If you believe you learned anything valuable from that video, you've been swindled.
