The person in the video is in fact male. As you can clearly hear in the video (more specifically at 0:30) the person eating the worm referred to as "He". "He" is a pronoun used to refer to people of the male gender. Also, in the description of the video, it states that the person in question is the cameraman's "little brother". "Brother" also refers to men, as "Sister" refers to women, mirite?

I hope this cleared up any confusion you may have had earlier. He is a boy.
