Wealth gives you a better chance at getting rare items, but bonus items like the draconic visage and monster heads won't be effected.

meh. use that too but lv's drop fast. i think you get 4-5kills before it drops. so it would cost a ton and take longer. better just lvling to 65 or 64/3 with pie then it lasts longer

well you need to get into alkarid. there in the dungeon at pollivnich. south-west of polli. dusties are lv 93 and this drop is very rare so i wouldnt get all ur hopes up :D

the thing i like about dust devils is that they drop d chains but are a low of a lower lvl than kq which also drops it.

your theory of this being a fake is unjustified. if you look then youll find out its the rs server that 'skips'. you can tell this from the dust devil that walks into shot as it dies. it doesnt change direction/position or speed.
