You can apply a dot of shimmer lip gloss over your lipstick. The lighter, shimmering colour will create the illusion of a fuller pout regardless of what colour lipstick youre wearing.

I have thin lips and I use a lip liner and fill the lips part way in, then a light shade and they look a lot fuller. If I did it this way, my thin lips, would still be thin. This is NOT a good tutorial!

what!... lol ok that did not work ... its good to use a lil darker shade than ur natural tone and also use a lip liner just perfect on the line obove ur lips not to high, but not inside ur lipline,the lil white line round ur lips add it there, then fade the lip line into ur lips.. and add gloss... there u go!.. if it dont work sorry, but its worked to everyone i used it on :D:D
