Gosh I love this scene. In theory, I don't like Damon liking anyone but Elena, but that scene was adorable. It truly shows Damon's soft side. I love how he comforted her in her last moments... team Damon all the way

He kills her at the time when she's not afraid anymore. He did this as a gentle being to help another who had no choice. One that could happen to him. It's surprising that he can feel like this. I think her pain was taken by him. Shows that deep down Damon is a good being. One that takes the suffering of someone he respects. A vampire who had no choice. Just like he and Stephen. "For awhile." He does't lie to her. She knows what's coming.

This scene make me cry, being a huge fan of Delena and i still in love with this scene , love Rose .She's so beautiful and innocent when she said :"then i will count to three." And few seconds after she died ,Damon finnally able to breath again.

He may not love her the same way he love Elena or Katherine,but i'm sure he dose love her.

I so felt sorry for Rose; she turned out to be really nice and never deserved to be bitten. As for Damon, while i totally felt/understood his heartbreak, i saw Rose's death as bad karma for his murdering Lexi. He killed Lexi simply to fuel his plot to get the tomb opened (super selfish), but killed Rose so she wouldn't have to hate herself for becoming an absolutely mindless monster (truly selfless).
