@MoviManATL They didn't make them do it. They were holding a contest, but it was the couple's decision. Also, is it only ok to have sex in a church if it's a priest and a 9 year old boy? That seems less moral, at least to me...

@MoviManATL well they were fired from some of their syndicated cities in their most recent FM stint because they just didn't get ratings. I tried them for a long time, but I just didn't think the bits were funny either. Jim Norton was redeeming, but they really are kinda comedically worthless.

@JackOffVille These are the best personalities on radio now. They just don't really relate to James, so, it's kind of a dry interview. Not to mention, james could have given them a little more than "yeah..." when they asked him things.

God, these two fucking idiots are such horrible interviewers. I can spend hours watching AVGN on YouTube, but these untalented assholes managed to make this segment completely uninteresting.

This was a bad interview, they ask a question, and then interrupt AVGN every 30 seconds. They barely let James talk. What's the point of an interview, it the interviewee isn't even aloud to talk? Opie and Anthony just keep talking! So far they've only asked a few questions, and it's 10 minutes into the interview. I really hope the second half is better. And they come up with some more interesting questions.

For everyone that says it doesn't sound like him, do you really think he swears all the time and raise his voice, no ANGRY video game nerd is just a character in front of a camera, real James is quiet and cool. And hes talking over a phone, so of course his voice sound a little different. Its definitely James.

Funny thing is, it sounds just like him, even though he's on the phone, and radio...It's nice to here him out of character. I watched an interview with him yesterday, and he was in character through the whole interview. I don't like interviews like that, because he's just doing shtick, if I wanted to see that I'd watch AVGN. Interviews should be done out of character, so we can learn more about the actor. But I digress...that is James...why would Opie and Anthony fake it?

Well I think he sound about the same even if he is on a phone too, but it was more of a response to those who say it don't sound like him and can't tell the difference with expensive microphones and over phone conversation recording. I have seen James out of character lots of times, then again I watch his outtakes, con videos and such.

Yeah, I've watched the majority of his videos at cinemassacre. Not just the AVGN stuff, but other projects too. The AVGN vs Nostalgia Critic was awesome. Those to did a great job putting all that together. It was something Andy Kaufman might have done. It's funny that some people took that whole thing seriously, as if it wasn't planned from the start. It is fun to pretend though. I'm in the process of watching his Horror movie reviews...they're great!

i listened to the whole thing. i know he talks and i know that it's him. my point was that opie and anthony aren't gamers. sure they played games when they were young and can relate to a point about what avgn talks about in his vids, but they don't play games on the level that any real gamer is on. wtf was the reference to ms flight simulator? who the fuck plays ms flight simulator nowadays? not a lot. so when they go on bout games, james is pretty disinterested because they're idiots.

Anthony is a gamer though, he just enjoys the PC more but he talks about video games a lot more than Opie. Ant was even excited about Modern Warfare 2 when it came out.

Do you think that you need to know about games to interview someone based on their comical reviews? That is like saying you need to watch every crap movie an actor makes to be allowed to enjoy their best film.

To further prove a point AVGN is a fan of O&A, he even has a WoW sticker on one of his television sets.
