  • I was on a MH concert in Zagreb(Croatia) on the night when Dime was killed. They played Walk among few other covers. They find out that Dime is dead later that night.

  • @mleni12 Thats crazy man...

  • log and machine head are continuing pantera's legacy \m/

  • they should do WALK! i would cut one of my balls off to see that live!

  • there's nothing disrespectful about my comments or anything that makes me seem like an ingrate i hold all 3 of them in very high reguard as musicans you just seem to be a fucking troll who resorts to insults because they can express ther opinions in anouther way ..........oneday you'll age above being a 15 year old elitist

  • Robb Flynn = phil anselmo wanna be

  • @PhilAnselfoe07 Do you have any idea how talented Rob Flynn is at guitar? And the fact they were like the only band as heavy as Pantera throughout the 90's? AND the fact that they were great friends? Dimebag loved them man, so shut up.

  • @jarraflies

Rob admitted straight up that he was not a great friend of Dimebags, just that he respected him hugely and they were buddies when they crossed paths. Still who couldn't Love Dime???

  • @panthraxodus still doesn't make rob a phil wanna be his vocal style realy isn't that close to phils phil did a LOT more singing than rob rob mostly does hetfeild style barks but with much more of a growling edge

to them also phil started doing a lot of death metal style gutteral / screaming vocals towards the end of pantera so do ur fucking homework before u start comparing singers that realy don't have that much in common !

  • @borninkilladelphia your ass is off its fucking rocker. Rob Flynn sounds like James Hetfield??? Phil sang gutteral? Check yourself in, you disrespectul ingrate, Phil did not sing gutteral and you would know this if you knew fuck all about fuck all. He did scream on the later albums, but nothing gutteral, just crazy shit with his throat....... One day you will learn.

  • @panthraxodus when i say Flynn sounds like Hetfeild i mean he's taken a lotta inspiration from him as for phil im pretty shure that he did some gutteral stuff on tracks like sandblasted and suicide note pt 2 but never for any extended sections plus gutteral is generaly growling which he did a fair amount but he never did full blown corpsegrinder gutteral if thats what u thought i meant

  • @panthraxodus how can you say one day you will learn but describe his technique as "crazy shit with his throat." the man was an excellent vocalist not an experimental pornstar. YOU sound like an ingrate

  • @jarraflies Ahem ahem, Machinehead were the only band alongside Pantera to stay heavy throughout the 90s? What about Slayer? In any case, Machinehead had experimented a little with slower and mellower stuff through the 90s, which is good.

  • PanterA My all time favourite metal band EVER!!!

  • That's it?! What a rip! Why play a cover you can't complete. Did you hear that croud? They wanted it all. That was WEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PANTERA WALK COVER BY COLETTA

  • Playing A New Level and Sweet Child of Mine is Machineheads' definition of Irony.

  • BOO Machine Head. FAIL!!! you should team up with Madonna

  • @jensafari What the fuck are you talking about? They played it just fine man.

  • That was cool.

  • Hell ya!

  • Mental Record: If you start to play a Pantera's song, make sure to finish it.

  • Where's the fucking dvd they're supposed to put out? Burn My Eyes 10th Anniversary Show. I have the Blackening deluxe but where's the whole show? Anybody have the bootleg?

  • exellent.anyways its funny how when madonna played a new level u all said it was shit & she should goto hell, this & that carrying on like little kids.get a life, anyone can play anything any time.if anyone can play a dime riff, then congrates, its nt easy.

  • THEY SUCK

  • I cracked up at the end XD

  • Haha everyone was like NO! When they played Sweet Child O' Mine.

    Rofl.

  • ROFL, hahaha last riff was funny.

  • wut did i write?? is this the on where i wrote madonnas cover is the best, cuz if so it was a joke n u dicks need to learn to laugh

  • I love how at the end as soon as they played the Sweet Child 'O Mine riff the audience booed

  • They booed because the band stopped playing it!

  • @GodofDrums666 Man, I love metal, but no matter how heavy the shit u listen to is, you gotta love the Guns n Roses classics like Sweet Child and Paradise city. I usually find ppl who hate them, loved those songs at some point in their lives. To be honest, there is no metalhead in this world that started off by listening to Cannibal Corpse or Slayer. You usually get into Rock first, by listening to radio friendly shit like Offspring or Guns n Roses or Metallica, then you move on to the heavier

  • @Grimeyhoob, true, i've listened to GN"R and those kinds of bands, BUT, Guns and Roses is nowhere near what they used to be, Axl has an ego and doesn't seem committed to anything, and Metallica hasn't released a killer album in over a decade, so there's a reason why some people don't find them relevant nowadays, while bands like Slayer and Cannibal Corpse are still tearing it up. So it's not so much that they suck, far from it, it's just that they might need to just stop a minute and think

  • @GodofDrums666 I think for Death Magnetic, Metallica did stop to think. In fact, Machine Head received a Kerrang Award for best inspirational band, and they mentioned that Metallica was inspired by their 2007 album, The Blackening. I took a gander at Metallica's 2003 album and compared it to Death Magnetic and I don't know about most people, but you can hear the difference in both the songs on the two albums. But yeah, your right on all accounts.

  • @Grimeyhoob i started with slayer bls pantera and black sabbath... thank you mom

  • weapons of mass destruction tour...i was there that night! kick ass show...they noodled a few random cover songs...they also played sepultura that night

  • He should cover Vio-Lence instead, and not just one song. The whole set.. Back to the old school..

  • ha ha people started booing

  • @woodlandmac WTF NO?!? WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!?!?

  • machine head great band,.it was cool how they played a pantera cover..but it was kinda insulting at the end with the GnR song..not that GnR arent a good band..but they shouldnt be mixed together .

  • definately flynn joking. from pantera to that riff . you saw his face

  • Robb's red acrylic Warlock is the shit!!!

  • great stuff..MACHINE FUCKIN' HEAD

  • it was just for fun

  • not an insult....its just comedy apples and oranges

  • lol guns n roses at the end? i love groove but gnr my favorite band :l try and put a cheap shot at em

  • yeah....the gnr at the end was really insulting....there both good bands that should never be tied together in such a way

  • I agree....U just cant put GNR with Pantera togather...its wrong, but he was joking...so I cant hold this agains him

  • ....well this was one of the best covers of this song...not saying much because no one can match dimes awesome playing...but it was a good attempt and i like them for that

  • yeah id love to hear them do the whole song

  • Well if they were to do it now, it would kick ass compared to this one lol

  • ahaha why did they boo when he did sweet child o mine:p

  • the end was fucking hilarious

  • the end wasnt gay it was original music back then

now days most just copy each other

  • the end was gay lol!

  • the last Guns N Roses riff was really funny!!

  • PORQUE!!!!!!! porque mierda mezclan pantera con los guns and roses....

  • you don't say

  • damn crowd was pissed when they did'nt finish it,lol

  • was at that show...MAchine head, Coal Chamber, and the immortal PANTERA!

    electric Factory

  • so thats why they stopped playing it, cause PANTERA

were to play it later on that evening

  • lol if the show was in 2004, (as stated) that would've made Damageplan the band, and Pantera would've been broken up at the time. He's a liar.

  • yes, this was Machine Head's headline tour, so wake up people :))

  • not you... Flapjack4u was lying saying Pantera was at that show, Damageplan was touring in 04, not Pantera.
