  • which phone is better nokia 6120 c?? or nokia 6220c?

  • 1.6220 classic

    2.N95 8gb

    3.HTC touch diamond

    4.iphone

  • ya sorry but thats not an iphone

  • Thanx for the review u helped me to chose finaly. The N6220C won over the HTC.

  • which is better music & camera? 6220c or n82?

    tnx alot

  • which do you prefared n82 or 6220c?

    tnx alot...

  • NICE JOB...

    Do you recommend 6220c personally?

    how's the battery life?

pls tell me coz i really like this to place my 6120c, what do you think?

    tnx anyway!

  • i think the review was good all in all but i just can't get off my mind that you where atleast a little to harsh on the HTC Touch Diamond specs are better on the diamond in part of the vga screen which has more resolution than the iphone even though its much smaller.

both iphone and diamond may have blue tooth but only the htc diamond has stereo bluetooth for those bluetooth headphones.

and then again the diamond is more oriented towards buisness or multitasking users as myself.

  • does the chrome paint on the d-pad peel off like the 6120 classic??

  • good video again steve, any news on a review of the Xperia X1? cheers

  • I was hoping to wait until they'd finished writing the software in the X1!!! I've had my fill lately of reviewing 'unfinished' devices...

  • will the HTC touch pro can be replaced with the laptop?

  • am looking for a new phone. deffenetly touchscreen and a good camera. ive been looking at the omnia and tocco. can u help me decide?

  • Err... touch-screen and good camera and 'worth buying' are mutually exclusive at the moment.... Ask me again in 3 months 8-)

  • great videos, smart and full of info. Congrats from Panama

  • Hey there

    I need help..

Which phone would be the best, to take pictures and writning messages.

The Nokia N82 or Nokia 6220 Classic ???

    Write to me. Thx

  • N82, IMHO.

  • great review. I bought the nokia 6220c, the only downfalls I see is that the keypad is plastic and clicky, so good luck trying to text your girlfriend while your watching a movie with your friends. Also the red eye reduction sucks a bit, and if you buy a plastic protective case its really annoying to use the bottom buttons. Other than that the phone is amazing. 5.0 mpix camera!

  • Finally a video review packed with usefull info instead of "here is the screen, there the speaker..."!

Some info about the 6220c I didn't know before, like that it has USB2 full speed.

    Great job Steve!

  • Tnx for the tip man! I'll consider that..

  • Can you please do a vid with you using the video recorder in the Nokia 6220.

  • Sorry, the review unit's gone back to Nokia. I almost never get to keep any of these devices, you know 8-)

  • Good day Steve. Im an avid fan of your show but i havent been able to follow lately. have you made a review on the SE xperia X1? Can it be better than the nokia E90? Im about to shop for a smartphone that can double as a laptop,(has office, read emails, browse the net and stuff like that). I will appreciate any of your replies. Thank you and more power to your show.

  • Haven't seen it myself yet. Watch this space. Looks like it could do all that you want though...

  • Thanks steve, ive been researching for days now and finally i got to narrow down my search on 2 phones, the bb curve and the treo 680. I really need your opinion on the 2 sir. im more inclined to the treo since it is cheaper and can edit ms word and has a touchscreen but one thing that keeps peeping on forums is the battery of the treo which they say cant last a day. is this true? and they say the curve is more stable but less on office work. I hope you can clear things with the 2 steve.

  • That sounds about right on all counts. Personally, I'd go with the Treo of the two. You might like to also think about the Nokia E71 - despite the lack of a touch-screen...

  • Thanks steve. Id go with the treo. the treo 750 since it can run on wm6. thanks a lot. more power to your show

  • Is the nokia6220 classic's camera close enough to N82's camera when it comes to still photo capturing? I'm really comparing those units before I buy my new phone.. Kindly help me by giving me comparisons.. I'm just after the camera..

  • Yes, VERY close. Go for it, in that case.

  • dosent both have the same camera module ?

so technically both should have same image quality !

  • No, the optics and sensor quality aren't quite as good.

  • Good review of the 6220, with some info i've not heard before. I wish you would use a better camera to film though.

  • Considering I film the entire show ON a smartphone, I think the quality's pretty darned good.... apart from the close-ups, which were filmed on the Z10....(!)

  • Yes i agree, the quality is good considering it's been shot using a camera phone.

But... it would be better if you used a video camera instead. The gimmick of doing a phone vid show, using a camera phone is lost on me.

  • i think touchflo 3d is a good step forward i cant wait to see someone else jumping to the next step on the Winmo6 os

  • Good episode! I was especially interested in the 6220 review.

  • great show

  • I recently got the SE G900 the replace my P1i and i have to say its amazing, the changing of icons to finger friendly size AND the inclusion of a D pad is the way to make your interface easy to use because it has definitely worked. I love it. But if I didn't need a touch screen then that 6220 is mighty tempting. Expansys have it for £290 though. I have watched loads of your shows on your website. See you after your break, are you going to review the SE G900?

  • I've been trying to get a G900 for review, but haven't managed it so far! The 6220 price will go down very quickly. Launch prices are deceptive, especially at Expansys.

  • Yep, good show as always, quite intrigued by this new 'cheapo' Nokia.

  • I think it is unfair to knock TouchFlo3D based on the finger-unfriendly interface of WM6.1 underneath. They're two separate entities and HTC have done a damned good job of implementing it, most of the issues are unavoidable results of MS being slack on keeping up.

  • Eh? As a user, I have to consider the device as a whole. I don't care whose fault it is (cough - Microsoft's). As I said in the video, HTC have done well, but the current halfway house solution just seems soooo kludgy.

  • That's too bad I had high hopes for TouchFlo. I can't even consider WinMo till they clean up the interface.

  • I disagree with the Diamond review, I have owned 1 for a while now & I am so glad I didn't go 4 the iPhone, I know WM6.1 isn't as pretty & it is not as easy to use but as long as your not a bit simple any1 can use it! The pure functionality & skope for 3rd party apps alone makes the Diamond better, If u want a fashion icon buy the iPhone, but for me there are just too many functions the iPhone can't do,Video, MMS, No VGA Screen, No Voice Commands,Bluetooth,Weak GPS,Removable Batt To Name a few

  • It really bugs me that people that review fail to mention most of the short falls!

And give the iPhone 5 Stars regardless just because it has a slick interface!

    Dissapointing and unfair Review!

  • Great show as always. Really good reviews.

  • good review

  • You're right thought about the Touch vs Iphone, apple is light years ahead with the interface and now with the app store is miles ahead with freeland and corporate programs tuned specifically for the iphone platform, and you didn't even mention gaming yet. The future looks bright for apple.

  • great show

  • The best mobile show in youtube

  • for sure!

  • G'day Steve, great comparisons with the Apple iPhone 3G, and also Nokia 6220 Classic. Excellent!

    Thank you, JPilot2 :)

  • another fantastic show

  • Good plain speaking reviews, keep up the good work.

  • great show
