You need to kill 2500 - 25000 Dust devils to get a chain.... Its EXTREMELY! rare..

no u dont NEED to kill that many, i have gotten 3 and my 1st in 1k-1.2k kills. 2nd and 3rd i got within 200-500 kills... yes it is extremely rare, but its still possible to get especially while using bones to peaches and being able to stay down there for a very long time.
