It's not DICE's fault. It's the attacker's fault for stopping and camping in that stairwell instead of capping the control point. This is actually a good game mechanic to discourage spawn camping.

Still a good game mechanic? This happened to me so many times trying to spawn into the game from this flag. Doesn't happen nearly as much as on TDM thankfully.
