Lowers the rear up to 1.75 inches, increases traction, improves corner through a lower center of gravity, helps a rider stay on the gas longer through the braking bumps and square edge. It's not for the hardcore jumper or mx racer who is flat landing, fyi.

2002-2007 is lowered 1.75 inches in the rear, for the 2008 it lowers the rear 1.25 inches.
