They're dampers, they give more "stability" to your sound and it become more precise.

Look on eBay for VACUUM TUBE AMP DAMPERS ;-)

Heya, it was connected via optical cable (True Colours Industries Coral).

But since then, the netbook is directly connected to the DAC via an USB cable (Wireworld) :)

Je sais que la place manque parfois, mais l'enceinte centrale posée directement sur l'ampli à tubes AIE! Surtout que ce type d'appareil redoute fort toutes sortes de vibrations qui mettent à mal ses tubes. Pas bon ça!

Hello, en fait l'enveinte est posé sur des supports en caoutchouc et ne fonctionne pas avec l ampli à tube mais avec un autre ampli donc quand celui à tube fonctionne cette derniere n est pas en marche :)
