Thank you so much for this video. I am definitely scale obsessed. I can't go a day without checking my weight. It's that bad, and I know. After this video, I think I'm going to really try to weigh in once a week and aim for a firmer body, rather than a lower number. Thank you, again. :]
Has anyone heard about the Quantum Scale ? If your scale obsessive this baby' s for ya'll. It never shows much you weigh it only displays how much weight you have lost or gained. It's a great motivator I love it and it really works for me and I don't feel the need to be constantly getting on the scale.
Try the Tanita UM-081, which measures fat and water. I have been tracking my measurements since 1980. If you want small numbers, switch the scale to kilos.
Great vid! I'm from the UK and am working with a personal trainer at the moment as I have been for six weeks so far. I've been healthy for four and a half years now, I want to improve further: I have a 30 inch waist, but don't have a flat tummy. It's very odd being a UK size 12 whose tummy still sticks out further than her boobs. I'm not exaggerating, and I'm a proud D cup! I want to have definition, and I'm proud to say I've never wanted to be thin, let alone a model. Good health rules! :-D
Hey jess im from the UK and only been watching your vids since nov 30 but i caught up on them all they are all so intresting and you have lost alot!! congrats you look stunning!!
i find though the scale is really accurate and i don't fluctuate much. i agree though that people (including me) get too focused on the scale. i definitely love the measurements
Hey Jess! That is a really good tip. The scale in my bathroom is VERY flattering and is a whole 2KG lower then the WW scales at my meeting. For me, my jeans are a personal indicator of size loss!
I heard a story yesterday at my meeting about a woman on WW who ever only lost about 0.2kgs at any week. Over time they added up and as the months (years) passed by she eventually got to her goal weight.
