This is just awful! I feel bad for you ane I feel bad for the dog. This sure sounds like separation anxiety and, unfortunately, will probably only get worse. It becomes an outlet for frustration. There is a great no bark collar put out by Tri-tronics that gives a mild shock to the dog when it barks. It really works! Good luck on resolving this.
Finally had to call the city. They were no help. So we had to ask all the neighbor's if they were having issues as well. They were, so we all had to sign a form and mail it back to the city. They finally issued a ticket to the owner. The owner seemed to ignore it, then got slapped with a $200 ticket. That pretty much did the trick.

That's awful. Did you ever get it stopped? I live next door to barking dogs. Worst thing I've ever had to endure.
