@car3face if someone hasnt already told you, well skate 3 has a fully fledged park editor where you can download other peoples parks! (as long as you have the dlc if the park has dlc pieces in it). so if you bookmark the park on the ea skate create website and then open up your skate 3 on your console and go to skate. parks, you can download all the parks you have bookmarked

my version of the new berrics was better. i had a lot of moveable objects and i also built the offices and put desk and chairs and stuff like that to make the office look cool. i also made a part of the park thats its a shelf and a bunch of boxes thats supposly inventory like in the real one.

@nicobizle click the links in the description and then bookmark the park when your signed into your EA account. the EA account should be linked to your gamertag and then once its bookmarked go into skate 3, go to bookmarks under the "my parks" tab, then download it.
