I dunno, but the first thing I got told when learning to drive a bike is: Don't brake while you turn.
The second thing was: If you think you're going to crash, either keep your feet on the pegs if it's wobbling, or attempt to 'drop and slide' your bike if you think you're going to crash into a solid object/over a cliffedge.
Maybe I just had a better instructor than this guy, because he clearly didn't follow either of those rules. Unless he hit gravel, but I'm pretty sure he was braking
