  • u should get aero wheels:)

  • freaks!

  • that is so good. you nailed it. must be fast as hell

  • yes indeed, you're seat should be higher to avoid the rocking of you're shoulders, you waist a lot of energy doing that. also, try to incline it one or two degrees.

    hope this helps ;)

    PD use insoles :)

  • yes your back is very arched if you are just doing tens then you would get away with this but in a 25+ you may struggle with back fatigue try getting a longer stem you may want to lift up your tri bars about 5mm i have done pursuits on the track to be efficient it isnt about how low you are (although it helps to be low) but how narrow you are, try going higher and thiner.

  • I like your TT suit. Looks very pro... :)

  • Your back is way too arched.. so someone fit you wrong. Your arms need to be out more in front and take another measurement on the seat height.

  • His back is not necessarily arched way too much. Lance Armstrong rode time trials in the Tour de France with a back that was way more arched than this. We all know that he was still very fast.

  • no it shouldnt

  • your seat should be higher
