  • what is the accompanying music you used in this video?

  • @etona67 Francois Devienne(French composer),Duo Concertant for Fagott and Violoncello Op.3-1.I used allegro and Rondo of this piece.

    Klaus Thunemann : Fagott

    Christoph Henkel : Violoncello

  • This is one of the oldest English nursery ryme's ,the story of the old lady with a broom ,who is tossed up into the sky ,first noted in print in aprox 1765.It was sung with a tune dating back to the Scottish king James who was also James 2nd of England from 1685 to 1688 before being forced to abdicate by William of Orange ,who then became William 3rd of England. This fine depiction was sketched and etched by the artist Aliquis and first published by D.Bogue,86 fleet street ,London in 1844.

  • @lovemetu

Thank you,I appreciate you giving me detailed information ! Now I will put it on description corner !

  • @morinoroba

Its up to you dear Ai,I just love history and research, perhaps it should have been my type of work !!

I also found the origins of your japanese song that your mum sung very fascinating,eg the spirits of the trees from aprox 15th century singing to one another, that was a wonderful Legend !!

  • The artist seems to be someone by the name of 'Aliquis'. I've tried to trace the Humpty Dumpty artist too, but unsuccessfully. I don't think the pictures are by the same person. I can understand why you like them!

  • @paulprocopolis

Thank you for your research, and now I found the name of the painter on this book, exactly "Aliquis" (I didn't notice it was the name..) ! And I can read that "the same anthor made Humpty Dumpty" too,but I don't know if it means two books painted by the same painter...Anyway yes I like them very much !

  • Nice! Don't you have like this some Japanese stories? I love the old Japanese and Chinese stories! They're always contain some wisdom!

  • @Starwalker6978

No,sorry to say I don't have Japanese version of it...
