@Chef1707 , The song is by Amr Diab called " Ya Lail" but most of the music is taken -stolen- from Santana song "smooth"featuring Rob Thomas. just search for the song and you will find it on itunes.

chachachachaaa...nice song. Now thats another version of making cheesecakes - PINEAPPLES! Will try this. I use fruit (Ligo) cocktails instead and its yummy too with crushed chocolate biscuits layered. Nice video Thanks for sharing.

@oceanfaith74 , This is an easy recipe that you can modify to your liking..sometimes i add a layer of sliced bananas to it, but it has to be eaten as soon as it sets, because bananas tend to change color and would not appealing..also strawberries or any other berries make a great flavor addition to it. thanks for coming by and leaving a comment.

you can't call this recipe as "No Bake Cream Cheese Cake" you better call this recipe as "Pineapple Cream Float" because as what you have shown as .. is not an example of cheesecake .. your making "Mango Float" .. ohh .. i forgot .. "Pineapple Float" you substitute Mango to Pineapple .. and another thing .. when you make cheesecake .. use Electric Mixer not Food Processor .. because cheesecake is not a Spread , etc ..

Thanks for all the info and the naming of the recipe...i never followed a recipe to make this dish, i just put the ingredients together and came out this way...my family likes it and i make it repeatedly, so i guess the name does not matter as long as it is delicious!! also, i do not have an electric mixer, i just have the food processor, i even made the classic cheese cake recipe with it and came out fine. thanks again for all your input.

i liked the adding the pineapple to the cheese cake but I wouldn't have chosen that bowl to put it cause after as you'v shown in the video its tricky to get it out and the presentation of the slice is messy because you have to fiddle around trying to get it out.

@ermonski , i think it is the same song but in Arabic!!

you may use strawberries, or any kind of berries you like. You may use bananas but you may want to add lemon juice to them as soon as you slice them so they would not change in color. and if you use bananas you should consume the cake within a day or so, because bananas will turn dark in color and would not look appealing.
