The guy is curling 30 kilogram dumbells with fairly low muscle mass. He is 100% not taking steroids. His muscles are angular, not bloated. That means fascia had time to adjust to slow muscle growth. 100% natural.

@10711851 true, he is kinda dry ... when you do steroid you also gain weight by water ... it could be that he used to do steroids for ultimate muscle grow and then stopped using it and went cardio to get rid of the liquid ... but i dont think he did ...

@achillesled because supplementer are mostly bs chemicals. Your diet should be whole and natural. Grass fed beef,organic chickens or better even buy from local farms. Eat a lot of healthy fat like butter and lard. Raw milk is the best also drink fertilized organic eggs raw if you can it's a complete protein. Get grains and starch out of your diet. Enjoy the results. Remember whole local food is the key

PS I see (well, used to see) a lot of people do pull-ups pretty badly in the gym, legs hanging on all sides, jerky motions, etc; a suggestion for a next video from me: different types of pull-ups in good form : )
As with any exercise, I just want to say-- make sure your form is proper, people... Dips are a phenomenal exercise for the Tri's and Chest etc... But, you can hurt your shoulders if you don't practice good and proper form on these things... Super exercise though...Good stuff, Chris...

As with any exercise, I just want to say-- make sure your form is proper, people... Dips are a phenomenal exercise for the Tri's and Chest etc... But, you can hurt your shoulders if you don't practice good and proper form on these things... Super exercise though...Good stuff, Chris...
