yet another scam artist. YOU NEED LARGE VOLUMES OF HHO TO RUN A CAR. to add, you would need to modify you car computer to run closer to TDC and change what the ECU expects from the O2 sensor(s). otherwise your ECU will think something is wrong and run richer waisting gas. not to mention the burning temp. difference which will damages the valves and the water vapor that will rust the exaust. been there, done that.
