I love reading comments from people who think they know a lot about cars but probably don't own one themselves, the speedo would have said 110kmh, you get that when the wheels are spinning. the rear wheels will be spinning at 110kmh although the Ute might only actually be moving at 80kmh. That's just what happens when you lose traction, if he were staying put and the wheels were spinning it would say he was doing about 80kmh...Think about people. :) Nice drift by the way mate.

actually..it depends of where ya speedo is guaged to..in most cases its to the transmission in which case you would be right..but alot of cars actually had it hooked to the front wheels same as the odometer...this was changed a lil while ago due to the fact that the odometer was reading every mile/kilometer traveled even when the engine wasnt running..a rolling car registering traveled distance is bad for resale so it was changed..but in this case your right..EL /EF model tranny register speedo
