My snails have mated but how long does it take after mating for them to lay the eggs?

As tilafan100 said, the snails can hold sperm from mating for a long time. It depends on the animal. Some of my snails laid eggs like about two weeks after the mating.

snails CANNOT peregrinate them selves they can hold sperm from a mating for months... they can also lay infertile batches of eggs

snails are both genders they have a male thing and a female thing (no metioning of the parts)

they are scientificly called hermafrodites

thank you but yes i already know this both ther sexual orgins are located in there neck region i was trying to simplyfi it to explain to someone why there snail gave birth with out sexual contact
