Hugh Dennis is superb as Phil the Greek with his norks and the fuzz. As for one of them being a stripogram, nothing so useful, a community support tosser. Clueless useless botherer getting on peoples' tits and acting all high and mighty but not knowing the first thing about the law or about our rights.
