a chance listen on radio 3 bbc led me on this journey to the incomparable Netania Davrath,wonderfull songs a wonderfull voice im continuing the journey by buying all the Auvergne songs right now.many thanks for the opportunity of enjoying these videos.

So lively! Cheerful... and then pensive. Waits...returns to its descriptive musical scapes of a delectable blend of Italian, Eastern European, Welsh, Spanish and Middle Eastern sounds. This is high on my favourite songs list and singers as well.

There are two other Davrath uploads here: La delaissado and Lo Fiolaire. I think I have three volumes of these and think they're wonderful. Glad you liked them.

@jghancockjr I have this recording. We found it in a pile of CDs that had been discarded by the rubbish chute on our floor at our apartment block in NYC back in 1999 or so. We are so grateful that we found it!
