  • Ya eat alot of cheese for your healthy protein diet. Nevermind egg whites.

  • ur shit

  • This person is an idiot.

  • I find her advice to be horrible....bodybuilders and athletes (natural ones) take in 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight...that is usually over 6-8oz of meat...

  • Chicken, Turkey, Fish for protein. Vegetables and Fruits for essential vitamins and minerals, and Brown Rice for carbs. Nuff said.

  • @BluecollarAtheist LOL and they had enought strength to drag the Ho's around by their hair

  • Cavemen didn't eat grains. NUFF said

  • why whats wrong with meat?

  • Carbs fuel your body for your workouts you only need 15 grams extra a day of protein if your lifting weight. Because it takes 100 grams of protein to make 1 pound of muscle. So if you take in 15 grams extra a day thats 105 grams in a week. People that actually do need about 60% more protein are marathon runners. Becuase instead of using fat and carbs for an energy source it starts using protein. So yes extreme marathon runners do need more protein then ANY athlete even more then a bodybuilder.

  • Why a high protein diet? You only need 57 grams of protein even if your an olympic athlete. You should be eating ALOT of complex carbs. Lots of fiber. I hate it when people take tons of protein shakes because its just extra calories that you dont need and extra calories is extra fat on your body you dont want. I thought this girl was going to tell us to eat tons of protein but im glad i was wrong :) Carbs fuel your body for your workouts you only need 15 grams extra a day of protein if your lift

  • did the high protein diet and now i have gout.

my body got too high in acidtity.......be careful .........watch your ph balance.

  • @SuperMrSky Yes when you become acidity you should consume foods to make you more alkaline like figs and plumbs

  • it all depends of exercise regulary

    carbs n fat = energy

    protein = muscle mass

high protein diet is for gain muscle mass ( if ur goin to a gym)

most ppl should do a balanced diet, the low carbs is just when ur tryin to burn exces of fat ( with cardio workout) ....

    all with moderation

    sorry my crapy english

  • well while i agree many pple should get a good amount of carbs.this video states your body NEEDS carbs which is false.while carbs are the body's prefered energy source fat and protein can also be converted to energy by the body. of course this is coming from a person who has a cup of oatmeal and 8 oz glass of milk every morning

  • Very informative. Thanks

    Im a meat lover

  • im not a meat eater
