I feel that by counter hacking him you probably ruined the race for a bunch of other people like whoever got hit by that bomb or anyone who might have gotten hit by the stuff he threw at you trying to get back at you...If one hacker manages to hold first place and that's all he does, people can still play semi-normal, but when you get into the malicious counter hacking stuff, innocents get hit by it.

@veganlroy For inexperienced hackers... Action Replay DS. It's like $20. Very simple. You put the card in your DS, select the cheats you want (you can also create your own cheats by entering codes you obtained from the internet), then swap cards for MKDS and you're good to go. Not hard at all.
